Bread pudding with apricots
Instructions
Cut the bread into cubes and put it in a bowl to soak for about 10 minutes with warm milk and raisins.
Grate the rind of an orange and mix the juice and bread.
Add the beaten eggs with sugar and add a pinch of salt.
Mix well and pour into a buttered pudding well.
Bake the pudding in the oven at 200° c in a water bath for one hour.
Meanwhile, put to heat the Marmalade with orange juice, then stir the sauce and keep warm.
Put the pudding.
Pour over only part of the apricot sauce and served in a separate bowl what remains.

- 150 g of sultanas
- 50 cl of milk
