Instructions

Beat in a bowl with 100 g of sugar 2 eggs and 4 egg yolks.

Add a little at a time the boiling milk flavored with vanilla.

Caramelize over high heat the rest of the sugar with 2 tablespoons of water, wet with caramel inside of a mould in which shall pour the mixture.

Put to cook in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 190 degrees for an hour; keep in the refrigerator about 3 hours.
