Cut the bacon into strips and fry them in a pan with a little oil and the finely chopped onion.

After a few minutes when wet lightly with a half glass of water and add salt.

Cook the gnocchi in salted water, drain when they are afloat and have them jump in the pan with the bacon.

A few seconds before serving add the arugula.

Serve in dishes and decorated with grated Parmesan.
