Coffee fire and flames
Instructions
Pour the hot coffee in a saucepan, then add sugar, brandy, cinnamon, cloves and lemon peel.
Stir well over medium heat and when the drink is hot (carefully), approached a match lit to ignite.
Finally, serve the coffee cups.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 cups of coffee
- 2 cups of grappa
- 1 stick of cinnamon (or cinnamon)
- 4 cloves
- == 1 lemon (zest)
