Dutch Coffee (Caffè Olandese)
Instructions
At the end of the meal using mostly serve the coffee and liqueurs separately: this Dutch recipe teaches us to mix the two things and the result is excellent! Pour into a cup (previously heated with boiling water) egg liqueur, fill it with coffee and cover with whipped cream.
Sprinkle it with ground coffee and serve.

- 4 cl of egg liqueur
- Hot coffee
- 2 tablespoons of whipped
- 1 pinch of ground coffee up
