Dutch pea soup
Instructions
Boil 250 g.
of dry peas, soaked for 3 hours, 2 l.
of water with a little salt, a pig's feet, an ear of pig and 50 g.
of bacon.
After 1 hour add 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks 2 celery sticks, chopped, 1 sliced onion and cut leeks into rings 1.
Let simmer for 45 minutes, and merge 2 frankfurters thinly sliced into rings.
To lift the boil and remove from heat.

- 1 pig's feet
- 1 pig's ear
- 50 g of bacon
- 2 potatoes
- 2 ribs of celery
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
