Viennese Coffee (Caffè Viennese)
Instructions
Sweeten your coffee, make it cool and keep it in the fridge for about 2 hours.
In tall glasses put 4 scoops of ice cream, sprinkle with liqueur and pour the cold coffee.
Add whipped cream to the brim of the glass, decorate with wafers and serve immediately.
