Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie and work it in with the cream, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add the coffee and sugar, stir and pour into 4 tall glasses.
Garnish with plenty of whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa and cinnamon and serve immediately.

- 50 cl of hot strong coffee
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 70 g of cream
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Abundant of whipped
- Cocoa powder
- Cinnamon powder
