Chinese chicken wings
Instructions
Thoroughly wash chicken wings and passed the flame to squeeze.
Do Saute finely chopped garlic in a wok well oiled.
As soon as ben golden brown (not burnt) Add (in sequence) ginger, soy sauce and stirring the honey sherry and chicken wings.
Add salt and let it cook on low flame for about 25 minutes.

- 2 tablespoons of sherry
