Matchstick-cut carrots and apples, drizzle with lemon juice because they blacken.
Chop some parsley with pickles, blend mayonnaise and spalmatela on slices of bread deprived of crust and cut in half.
At the center of each place carrots and apples.
Accompanying wines: Friuli Grave Chardonnay ' Bubbly ' DOC, Cinqueterre DOC, Aprilia Trebbiano DOC.
