Seafood dumplings
Instructions
Finely chop 250 g fish fillets of fresh water and combine them in 1 egg yolk 1 egg yolk raw integer, 25 g butter, grated zest of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 2 bread crumbs soaked in milk and squeezed, salt and pepper.
Mix well the mixture and, with floured hands, obtaining many balls as big as a walnut that will boil for 7 minutes in 3 l of boiling salted water, drain and serve immediately topped with melted butter.
