Instructions
Peel and halve the artichokes, then steaming for about 15 minutes and put in buttered baking dish 1.
Prepare the bechamel with 50 g butter, 50 g of flour and milk, then add the chopped tuna and grated grana.
Then pour over artichokes and sprinkle with a little Parmesan.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
