Instructions
Place in a saucepan alternating, the meat, the potatoes cut into slices, chopped tomatoes, onion and chopped, bathed and dressed from time to time with salt, pepper, Basil and oregano.
Then sprinkle with oil.
Put on moderate fire with the lid on for about 30 minutes, adding if necessary every now and then a little water.
Serve the dish hot.
