Instructions

LIGHT ZUCCHINI PARMIGIANA 2_05238 INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 600 g of Zucchini, 400 g of tomato sauce, one clove of garlic, a sprig of basil, 180 g light cream cheese, 2 tablespoons grated Grana Padano cheese, salt, pepper.

Check and wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices.

Cook on a non-stick soleplate 3 minutes per side, then keep them aside.

In a saucepan prepare a tomato sauce with the pass, the clove of garlic and a sprig of Basil.

Pour a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish to bring to the table and lay on top of a layer of zucchini slices.

Season with additional sauce and with bits of cream cheese.

Continue in this manner until you run out of ingredients.

Finish with slices of Zucchini, a powdered cheese and a little tomato sauce.

Bake and Cook 10 minutes at 230ø.

When cooked, let it sit a few minutes, put on a serving dish and garnish with clumps of Basil.
