2_15112 APPETIZER with CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of thin bread dough already stretched out, a pack of cheese spreads, one plain yogurt, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, one tablespoon of Provencal herbs, chopped 1 tablespoon chili powder, a tablespoon of sesame seeds, eggs, oil, salt and pepper. In a bowl pour the cheese, yogurt, parsley and a few tablespoons of oil; season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly the ingredients. Roll out the dough on the work surface and roll out the dough into a thin sheet with the help of a rolling pin. Divide into 3 parts and brush lightly with beaten egg. Sprinkle a portion of pasta with Provencal herbs, another part with the chili and the last part with the sesame seeds. Cut each piece into strips and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Appetizers served with cream cheese.
