Appetizers with green pepper
Instructions
Clean the shallots, rinse thoroughly under running water, dry them on absorbent paper and mince together the parsley (previously washed).
Pour everything into a bowl and add the finely chopped mozzarella.
Using a mortar and pestle, pound the peppercorns with salt and olive oil extra virgin and stir.
Meanwhile, toast the slices of bread (thinly sliced), place them in a buttered baking dish and season with the mixture.
Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil with green pepper and infornatele for about 5 minutes at 170 degrees.
Serve hot immediately.

- 8 slices bread
- 300 g of chopped mozzarella
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 shallots
- Parsley
- 7 grains of green pepper
- Salt
