2_15119 CHICKEN, cabbage and bean sprouts INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a pack of bread dough already stretched out, a cooked chicken breast grilled, 250 g of cabbage, a carrot, a green pepper, oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper.
Wash the vegetables; cut the carrot and julienned cabbage and cut the flesh of the pepper, diced small.
Heat a few tablespoons of oil in wok with a few tablespoons of soybeans and cook the vegetables over high heat.
Finely chopped chicken meat with a food processor, pour it into the wok, add the soy sauce, stir, add salt and pepper.
Unroll the bread dough on the work surface and roll out into thin pastry with a rolling pin: with a circular pastry cutter with a diameter of about 6 cm cut as many circles.
Located in the center of each circle a spoonful of stuffing preparation: Re-close the dough giving the shape of a nibble.
Fry the pieces in hot oil.
Serve immediately.
