Chicken, chicory and walnuts salad

CHICKEN 09942, chicory and walnuts SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of chicken breast, 150 g of bacon in a single slice, a tuft of chicory, 50 g chopped walnuts, 20 g soy sauce, 20 g of extra virgin olive oil, cornstarch, salt (s.q.) Regular chopped chicken and flour it with cornstarch.
Bacon cut into cubes, put it in a pan with oil and FRY for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces and saute for another 3 minutes.
Season with soy sauce, add salt and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Peel and wash the chicory, cut into strips and add to the chicken, add the chopped walnuts and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
Served hot.
