Cauliflower with horseradish
Instructions
Boil cauliflower and place in serving dish.
Beat the cream for a few minutes, add two tablespoons of freshly grated horseradish and 1 teaspoon of mustard.
Mix well the sauce, mend it with salt and pour over cauliflower.
Garnish with walnuts and serve.

- 1 glass of cooking cream
- Fresh horseradish

- 5 walnut kernels
