Instructions
Cut the peppers into strips and onion into rings, put it in a pan with oil and FRY, add the peppers and salt over medium heat. Simmer with the lid on, stirring every so often so as not to make them stick. When tender, add sugar and give it a mixed, then the vinegar and let it soften a bit and switch off. Serve cold.
