Beat eggs with sugar until mixture is light and fluffy. Add, mixing at low speed, then the coffee oil. Add the sifted flour with the starch and yeast, stirring just enough to obtain a soft dough.
Pour the mixture into the mould in silicone pink generously buttered and floured, and bake at 170° C for 40-45 min. Carry out the test stick anyway. Unmold the cake. Once cooled place it on a serving platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
