Flowery champagne vinegar
Instructions
Heat the vinegar with chopped shallots; the first tremor off the flame and add all the flowers.
Leave to marinate for 24 hours, then filter and bottling.

- 100 cl of champagne wine vinegar
- 50 g of mimosa
- 4 buds of current squad
- 4 tulips
- 50 g of violas
- 2 shallots
