Soft lemon pie
Instructions
Beat eggs with sugar until mixture is light and fluffy. mixing at low speed, add the lemon zest and juice, then the oil. Add the sifted flour with the starch and yeast, stirring just enough to obtain a soft dough.
Pour the mixture into the mould in silicone pink buttered and floured it. Bake at 170° C for 40-45 min. To test the PIN. Unmold cooled once the cake and place it on a serving platter. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
