Instructions

In a saucepan heat the butter, let dry chopped onions, add the cabbage cut into strips and make season bright flame for a few minutes.

Then lower the heat, pour a little hot water, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile Peel and clean the Apple, cut into thin slices and put them in the pan with the vegetables.

After a few minutes, stir and remove from heat.

In a bowl put the cream and pour the salt, a pinch of sugar and two of paprika.

Transfer the cabbage on warm serving dish, sprinkling it with cream sauce, garnished with fresh Marjoram leaves and serve immediately.
