Except of flesh, put the ingredients in the minipimer and blend. Arrange the Lamb cut into pieces in a baking dish large enough then pour the sauce over the meat. Let marinate for 4 hours.
Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees and cook for 60 minutes. Add the potatoes and a little water. Taste to check the seasoning with salt. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot. The meat will be soft. The lemon takes away the wild taste.
