Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and the grated lemon rind, then join a stick of Philadelphia and flour.

Whip the egg whites until foamy, and blend the mixture gently. Add the stick of Philadelphia remained into cubes and pour in a rectangular baking dish lined with buttered parchment paper.

Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 25 minutes; serve the pancake still warm or at room temperature, cut into squares.
