Instructions
On work surface, place a fountain, the sieved flour with sugar and salt.
Get to the eggs, butter, grated lemon rind and the grappa, and a touch of yeast.
Work the ingredients by adding white wine in quantities sufficient to obtain a dough hard but soft enough.
Do rest your dough, wrapped in a towel (or plastic wrap), in a cool place for about 30 minutes.
Resume and spread it with a rolling pin with a thin pastry.
With a notched wheel for pasta, cut them into strips and lozenges.
Practice 1-2 parallel cuts within the rhombuses of pasta, making sure that they do not reach the ends.
Like knot gently crossing the spikes in prices cuts or give the shapes that you want.
Fry the chatter in plenty of hot oil.
As they become colorful and crisp, drain on absorbent paper.
Place in serving dish or in a basket; Sprinkle layers of chatter with plenty of powdered sugar.

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 glass dry white wine
- Frying oil
- Icing sugar
- 1 toe of yeast
