Instructions
Dolce typical Carnival.
On the work surface place the flour in the Middle put the eggs, butter, a pinch of salt, sugar and white wine.
Knead the mixture well until it is consistent but not too hard.
Make a ball and put it to rest in a cool place, wrapped in a towel, for about an hour.
Cut it into pieces and with rolling pin roll out each piece in layers with a thickness of 2-3 mm, wheel cut into lozenges, tapes, with some formed loosely knot and throw a few at a time, into the oil and steaming lard.
Just gold, place on paper straw to remove excess fat.
Serve sprinkled with vanilla icing sugar.

- 300 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- 50 g of sugar
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Olive oil and lard (half and half)
