Chocolate donut
Instructions
Melt the butter, then add the flour, stemperandola well, then add the cocoa, sugar and dilute with milk already boiled.
Mix on fire sweet until the mixture will be thick.
Pour into a mold and doughnut, just cold, to firm up in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 80 g of butter
- 80 g of flour
- 100 g of sweet cocoa
- 75 cl of milk
- 75 g of sugar
