Instructions
Fit the clear snow gradually add the sugar, the egg yolks, ricotta, vanilla, butter and lemon zest.
Combined with the pastry flour and baking powder.
Mix gently but then work fine.
Grease the baking Tin and put the dough and bake in moderate temperature for about 50 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 500 g of ricotta
- 500 g of sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 500 g of flour
- 2 envelopes of vanillin
- 40 g of butter
- 1 sachet of baking powder
