Green tomato jam
Instructions
Peel and clean the seeds not ripe tomatoes, cut into quarters.
Cut into thin slices (unpeeled) lemons.
In a bowl put in layers the tomatoes, lemons, sugar and vanilla.
Let stand overnight.
Later, Cook all together over medium heat for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat and cook another hour.
The jam has a nice amber color.
Put in jar.

- 3000 g of green tomatoes
- 2000 g of sugar
- 3 lemons
- 1 pod vanilla
