Pan-fried rabbit with herbs
Instructions
Cut up a rabbit clean.
4 tablespoons of olive oil In to sweat the onion finely minced, and remove it by hand.
In the same oil FRY lively focus rabbit pieces along with crushed herbs.
When are salt, gather Golden onion and wine.
Lower the heat and simmer gently.
