Instructions
Prepare first a marsala cream: in a small saucepan put the eggs and sugar and knead vigorously until foamy cream; at this point, slowly incorporate the starch and put on the fire, low flame; gradually add milk, stirring gently always, and finally, drop by drop, the marsala.
Simmer for about 5 minutes; When the cream is thickened, pour, mixing a very small cup of coffee, or four teaspoons of coffee.
Mix well, remove from heat and let cool.
When serving, distribute your vanilla ice cream (purchased ready in cups, taking it with the appropriate tool to introduce him to balls stand out the waffles and pour over a generous dose of cream still lukewarm.
