Instructions
Clean the strawberries, wash them in wine, drain, cut into small pieces and place in a soup-tureen.
Wet them with lemon juice and sugar and let macerate for an hour in the fridge.
Distribute half of the strawberries into 4 cups, fill with ice cream and garnish with remaining strawberries.
Mix Strawberry Syrup with liquid of maceration of strawberries and pour it all over the cups.
Serve immediately.

- 500 g of strawberry ice cream
- 150 g of strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup
- Sweet white wine
- 1 lemon
