Chestnut jam cups
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the sugar, until they will be swollen and foamy, add the mascarpone cheese, chestnuts and jam the savoiardi biscuits and dunked with a little brandy.
Mix well, then divide the mixture into dessert cups and keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of chestnut jam
- 50 g of biscuits savoiardi
- Brandy
