Instructions
Boil the chestnuts, then peel them, put them in the blender and add the egg, rum, sugar and chocolate powder, mixing everything very well.
Let stand 5 minutes and then make balls like meatballs, then put them in the sugar to make them remain as caramel.

- 1000 g of chestnuts
- 5 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
- 1 dram of rum
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
