Coratella of lamb with artichokes
Instructions
Cut into pieces minutes heart, lung and liver.
In half the oil to braise the lung for 2 minutes; join the heart and Cook; Add liver and cook it only 2 minutes.
In the remaining oil, saute the artichokes already cleaned, cut into wedges and kept in acidulated water.
Season With Salt; combine 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

- 1 coratella of lamb (heart, liver, lung)
- 4 artichokes
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 dram of dry marsala wine
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt
