Instructions

In a small saucepan mix the yolks with the sugar until it is light and fluffy.

Add the flour and the lemon peel, slowly diluted with milk so as to avoid any lumps.

Put on the heat and cook gently heat stirring in the same direction until the cream has reached a certain consistency.

Remove from heat, remove the lemon peel, let cool, stirring occasionally so that on the surface do not form a thin layer of film.
