Blanch almonds in boiling water, Peel and chopping.
Put in pot 1 butter and sugar and let them dissolve.
Add almonds and continue mixing, adding lemon juice.
When the mixture is golden, remove from heat, pour over an oiled marble or in a buttered cake plate and spread with 1 scoop.
When the caramel has cooled completely, cut into pieces.
