Jam Tart (Crostata di Marmellata)
Instructions
Place the flour and place the chopped butter, an egg and one egg yolk, sugar and grated lemon peel and knead.
Form a ball and, after having wrapped in plastic wrap, put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Prepare the dough as already described, let it rest in the fridge for half an hour and then roll out the dough.
Foderatevi buttered and floured mold, keeping aside a piece, prick with a fork and cover with marmalade.
Formed over a grid with homemade strips with remaining dough and bake for 40-50 minutes.
