An appetizer of raw fish
Instructions
Clean the fish by removing bone and skin.
Put it in the refrigerator so it become very hard and very cold.
Spending the time necessary, place it on a cutting board and, using a very sharp knife, cut perpendicular to the direction of the fibres, in the not-too-thick slices.
Served on a large serving dish, garnish with parsley.
Accompanied with bowls that contain soy, mustard and ginger.

- 180 g of fresh tuna
- 180 g of fresh salmon
- 180 g of fresh swordfish
- 180 g of fresh sea bass
- 180 g of fresh lobster meat
- Soy sauce
- Mustard
- Ginger
- Parsley
