Instructions
Take a round baking dish, place the butter and let it melt on the stove, just have made the foam pour in sugar and then apples (you have peeled levato core and cut into slices).
Lower the heat and simmer for an hour and a half, stirring occasionally.

If you want to, since it is a fact on the contrary, you can turn it over again to get a different effect than usual.
