Instructions
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.
Pour the egg whites and a pinch of salt into another bowl and mount them in snow.
Stir the mixture of egg yolks and sugar.
Mix in a bowl the flour, potato starch and vanilla sugar and mix then previously prepared with the mixture until a smooth paste and springs, which will be poured into a buttered and floured mold.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 150 degrees.

- 5 eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 90 g of sifted flour
- 90 g of starch
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- For the mold:
- Butter
