Potato sweets
Instructions
Bring to a boil the milk, remove from heat, add the butter, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Then add the boiled potatoes and pass through a sieve, mix well.
Let cool the mixture and add the dissolved yeast in a little warm water and half the flour.
Beat the eggs and mix it to the mixture, then add the rest of the flour.
Work around until you get a soft and supple, cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in volume.
Split the dough into about 40 pieces equal, sandwich-shaped modellateli and allineateli on buttered plate of the oven.
Let rise again for half an hour, then brush with melted butter and bake in preheated oven at 90 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve slightly warm.

- 800 g of flour
- 3 large potatoes boiled
- 50 cl of milk
- 150 g of butter
- 25 g of brewer's yeast
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
