Chop ice and pineapple: 30 seconds at speed 5.
Combine the pineapple juice: 30 seconds at speed 7.
Pour in a jug, combine champagne and serve immediately.
Tips: to note that proportions the ratio is 1 to 2 (300 G pineapple compound, 600 G of sparkling wine).
