Green beans with mint
Instructions
Peel the beans and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes.
In a saucepan melt the butter then add the yoghurt diluted with milk and bring to simmer slightly.
Combine the Mint and the beans well drained.
Add salt and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring gently.

- 600 g of green beans
- 40 g of butter
- 50 g of white yoghurt
- 50 g of milk
- Fresh mint
- Salt
