Coral beans to provolone
Instructions
Peel the beans and boil them al dente.
Lightly Sauté in butter, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated provolone cheese and finish with some butter.
Bake at 200 degrees for the time it takes to melt provolone; serve.

- 600 g of coral beans
- 100 g of provolone cheese
- 50 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
