Flavorful green beans (3)
Instructions
Thaw the green beans.
Make a mixture with parsley, garlic and anchovy fillets and saute in butter.
Add the beans to the mixture and let stand for a few minutes.
Cover flush with the hot broth and cook for 30 minutes, adding more stock if necessary.
Serve lukewarm.

- 400 g of frozen green beans
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Butter
- 5 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Vegetable broth
