Puff pastry to dumplings frankfurters
Instructions
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet, using the rolling pin, cut it into rectangles of 5 x 8 cm and smeared them with sweet mustard.
Place in the center of each rectangle a little piece of sausage, along a few cm, and close the dough around filling, forming many parcels.
As they are ready put them on slightly damp oven plate, then brush with a beaten egg with a pinch of salt and cook in the oven already warm (220 degrees) for about 20 minutes, so that the dough takes on a nice golden colour.
When dumplings are ready, remove them from the oven, soak off the plate with the help of a spatula, place on a serving dish and serve.

- 200 g of puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons of sweet mustard
- 1 egg
- 12 pork sausages
- Salt
