Chicken liver with figs
Instructions
Wash away the livers and remove fat and nerves, then cut them into thin slices.
Sauté in oil over low heat the onion thinly sliced.
Raise the heat and add the livers and the peeled figs and cut into quarters.
Season with salt and pepper.
Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring.
Grattugiarvi lemon zest, stir and serve hot.

- 350 g of onions
- 300 g of ripe figs and sodi
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 lemon
